Same rules and notes as previous years....
The cost of the Galenapalooza weekend will be $105 a person. This cost will include the following:
-2 nights lodging in the mansion
-All you can drink booze for both nights (beer and mixed drinks)
-Snacks (chips, pretzels, etc)
-Saturday morning breakfast (bagels, cereal, fruit, juice, water)
-Saturday night dinner (pizza)
ACCOMMODATIONS - IMPORTANT:
There are 8 bedrooms with 2 king sized beds in each room. There will be 6-8 people in each bedroom. You will be in the same room as your group of friends, and/or with people you know. With this said, some people WILL be sleeping on the floor. I am not deciding who those people will be. It will be up to your room to decide who sleeps where. Play rock, paper scissors. Draw straws. Offer money. Do what you want, just please no kung fu fighting. If you have an air mattress, that may solve the problem for your room. Also, if you don’t mind sleeping on a couch, there will be plenty of couches in the main living areas. All in all, if you are not comfortable with these arrangements, don’t sign up!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Everyone will be responsible for his or her own actions. If you break something, you pay for it. If you get too drunk and puke all over the carpet, you pay for it. If you are into hot carls and dirty the sheets, you pay for it. If something happens and we don’t know who did it, we will all split the cost and pay for it. Let’s be looking out for one another and if you see someone doing something they shouldn’t, stop them. I want everyone to have fun, but please be responsible.
SKIING:
We will be skiing / snowboarding at Chestnut Mountain on Saturday. If you’ve never skied before, this is the perfect place to learn. There will be a group rate and that will cost $61 for a lift pass, equipment rental, and ski lesson. If you don’t want the ski lesson, that can be exchanged for 2 runs on the NASTAR course. If you have your own skis or snowboard, the lift ticket will cost $36. If you don’t want to ski, you are more than welcome to hang out at the resorts bar or chill at the mansion, but please let me remind you again… no kung fu fighting.
